Systems & Planning
HR Systems and Planning is responsible for the provision of management information for institutional and workforce planning, including the major external returns to the Higher Education Statistics Agency (HESA) and the Universities and Colleges Employers Association (UCEA).
It is responsible for the support and development of HR systems and information reporting tools, in particular the integrated HR /payroll system (PS Enterprise), e-Recruitment (I-Grasp) and Reporting Services. It is also responsible for the exchange of HR related data with other University information systems.
