Management Reports and Statistics
Data in these reports is derived from the integrated Human Resources/Payroll system and, through the use of Microsoft Reporting Services, is real time information.
It is planned to use Reporting Services to deliver timely and relevant management information on a more systematic and cascading basis. Views on future development and on specific types of reports that would support decision making and planning are welcomed.

The reports set out below have been designed to detail contractual information of staff and help departments manage employee contracts
- Current Staff Report
This comprehensive report covers all current substantive staff within a department and details employees contracted hours and weeks,their length of service, continuous service date and calculated retirement dates.
- Current Contracts Report
This report shows all current substantive staff within a department, focusing on the employees contract type and contract expiry date where appropriate.
- Current Staff on Academic Probation Report
This report shows all current substantive academic staff within a department who have not completed probation and details their planned completion date as well as probation conditions they must complete.
- Current Staff on non Academic Probation Report
This report shows all current substantive non-academic staff within a department who have not completed probation and details their planned completion date as well as probation conditions they must complete.
- Current Hourly Paid Lecturers Report
This report details all current contracts for Hourly Paid Lecturers (Sessional Teachers), their contract types, dates and current rates of pay
- Current Timesheet Paid Staff Report
This report details all current contracts for timesheet paid staff, excluding Hourly Paid Lecturers, their contract types, dates and current rates of pay
