To develop skills in shortlisting and interviewing,
To be clear on what best practice means,
To understand the selection process at the University of Kent,
To gain an overview of Equality and Diversity issues impacting on selection.

 

Who will benefit?

 Members of staff who are involved in the shortlisting and interviewing process. 

It is designed for those who are part of the appointment panel.  This may be as Chair of the panel or as a member or the panel.
