We are committed to working in partnership with other University of Kent departments and with external agencies to ensure that all staff are provided with the appropriate development to meet their individual needs and which are consistent with the University’s strategic plans.
If you are looking for information from induction to pre-retirement courses please explore our website. We will regularly post up to date information on internal and external initiatives to help you plan your own development, or the development of staff for whom you have management responsibilities.

Professor David Nightingale and Professor Keith Mander opened the new combined programme for leaders in academic schools and professional services; Leadership for Areas of Significant Responsibility (LASR). The programme involves delegates from Canterbury, Medway and Brussels campuses.
