PRIDE award

To enable us to recognise those members of our staff who go out of their way to deliver excellent customer service, Kent Hospitality has launched the PRIDE Award.

PRIDE stands for Personal Responsibility in Delivering Excellence and any of our staff (permanent or casual) may be nominated.

The award will be made three times a year (April, September and December), with the winner receiving shopping vouchers to the value of £100.

No winner for December

The panel decided that none of the nominations received met the criteria of the scheme, so no award was made in December 2009.

Would you like to nominate someone for an award?

Nomination forms can be downloaded from this page or are available from any of the receptions and Kent Hospitality's catering outlets.

Completed forms should be posted in any of the red nomination boxes located at the receptions in Colleges, or those at Park Wood, Tyler Court A or Tanglewood. Alternatively, completed nominations may be posted to Liz Culmer at Tanglewood or sent by email.

The deadline for receipt of nominations for the next award is Thursday 08 April 2010.

Please ensure that you give specific details of how the person you are nominating has gone beyond the call of duty to deserve an award.
