Total Brass comprises current students at the Royal Academy of Music, and its members include past principal players from the National Youth Orchestra of Great Britain and National Youth Brass Band of Scotland. The group also includes players who regularly freelance with renowned professional orchestras, as well as winners of the John Solomon Brass Prize.Total Brass has previously performed on BBC Radio 3's In Tune Christmas Special
