The Gulbenkian is delighted to let theatre-goers in Kent know that booking is now open for two exciting Christmas shows at the Gulbenkian Theatre. This year, we offer not one but TWO shows for slightly different age groups. So don’t delay and book now for a Christmas treat for you and the family. This Christmas, we present A Toymaker's Christmas for children aged 4+ and Charles Dickens’s A Christmas Carol, a show for those aged 7+ and the whole family to enjoy!

Strangeface present an extraordinary adaptation of Charles Dickens' classic Christmas ghost story A Christmas Carol. Eccentric masks, wild puppets, and a magical set combine to create an entrancing brew that is both moving and comic. With live music and song this festive performance is suitable for all but the very young and includes the company’s ever-popular backstage tour. Charles Dickens’ enduring tale and Strangeface’s inimitable style is a combination not to be missed!
