Description

Colin Farrell (Miami Vice) stars in Underworld franchise director Len Wiseman’s remake of Paul Verhoeven’s 90s action sci-fi. Inspired by a Philip K. Dick story, the scene is set at the end of the 21st century. Quaid (Farrell) works for Rekall, a company supplying false memories. Frustrated with his existence, he wants memories of being a super-spy; but when the procedure goes wrong, he finds himself a wanted man – and, teaming up with rebel fighter Melina (Jessica Biel) he must stop Chancellor Cohaagen (Bryan Cranston) before it’s too late. Featuring some coolly bombastic action set pieces and dazzling futuristic cityscapes, this is a slick, compelling remake.
