Description
Walter Salles (The Motorcycle Diaries) brings Jack Kerouac’s iconoclastic Beat classic to life in this colourful, freewheeling adaptation. Sam Riley (Control) is Sal Paradise, the struggling writer who embarks on a trip across America with his friend and hero, traveller and mystic Dean Moriarty (Garrett Hedlund) and his seductive wife Marylou (Kristen Stewart). Set to the same liberating, frenetic pace as the novel, it also boasts excellent performances from the likes of Viggo Mortensen, Kirsten Dunst and Amy Adams.
