The Gospel Of Us

Description

It's Easter in Port Talbot and Michael Sheen is risen! This version of the Passion Play on the streets of the seaside town captured public imagination in the Summer of 2011 and has now been transformed into a moving picture experience. From the mind of Dave McKean, director of the imaginative Mirrormask, and written by Welsh poet Owen Sheers (Resistance), the production flexes considerable creative muscle, resting on a powerhouse performance from Sheen, and bringing a modern touch to this age-old tale.
