Satirising the pomp, blingy excess and hideous disregard of human rights epitomised by leaders such as the late Colonel Gaddafi, Baron Cohen’s leader makes waves when he visits the US and commits some excruciatingly funny public and private indiscretions. Awesomely wince-making.
