You can book tickets online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Your tickets will be printed and held at the Box office for collection. You will be sent an email, normally within 30 minutes, confirming the details of your transaction.

 

To collect your tickets, quote your name and address (or present your printed email) at the box office. Please also bring the card with which you paid for the tickets.

 

This service is available thanks to the services of Tickets.com, who charge a convenience fee of 60p per ticket. There are no other booking fees, handling charges or credit card commission fees for this service. This service uses the TicketSafe™ security system which ensures your credit card details and anonymity are protected. Our online booking is secure and your credit card details are encrypted using SSL.

Monday to Saturday 11am - 5.00pm
(or until curtain up on show nights)
Sunday 2pm - 9pm

 

The Booking Office opens one hour before curtain up at all times.

 

At busy times, an answerphone may be in operation.

 

Please contact the Box Office direct for any of the following:

- Gulbcard holders and Friends of the Marlowe
- Family Tickets

Standby tickets are only available in person after 7pm on the night of performance (if available).

Credit Card Bookings: If you are paying by credit card, please ensure that your tickets are collected no later than 15 minutes before curtain up.
If you require confirmation of your booking, please telephone the Booking Office during opening hours.
There is a £1 transaction fee on all credit and debit card bookings over £5 ( £2 per transaction from August 1st 2009), except on online bookings, where a 60p per ticket convenience fee applies.
