Registration

If you are a sponsored Student visa holder

Once you have completed enrolment, the Student Immigration Compliance Team will then contact you by email to book an appointment in the Arrivals Hub (Canterbury) or the Gillingham building reception (Medway) where you will be registered in person. You will need to bring your visa documents and we will register you and give you your KentOne student ID card. You'll also need your academic certificates, marksheets and transcripts.

If you are an EU student

Once you have completed enrolment, you will be registered virtually and need to visit the Arrivals Hub (Canterbury) or the Gillingham building reception (Medway) to collect your KentOne student ID card.

Enrolment and registration deadline

You need to enrol and be registered by Monday 5 February 2024.

Enrolment

It is essential that you enrol online as soon as possible and before the deadline. Look out for your How to enrol email in your applicant portal in-tray which will let you know when you can enrol.  Use our step-by-step video and text guidance to help you enrol. We'll send you a confirmation email after you have completed your enrolment.
