Foundation programmes 2012

If your education or your experience so far has not given you the qualifications, study skills or ability in English language that you need to take the degree of your choice, you can apply for one of our degree programmes that includes a foundation year.

All foundation year courses are taught on the Canterbury campus. There are two main types of programme you can take:

International foundation programme

This programme, designed for international students, includes additional English language support and provides entry to a wide range of subjects.

Subject-specific programmes

Subject-specific degrees with a foundation year are open to candidates with acceptable English language qualifications, but without the required grades/qualifications for first-year entry to a degree.
