Training and Development
The development and training of postgraduate students
and new career entrants in the law, gender and sexuality
field is an important and integral aspect of
the Centre's objectives and activities.
CentreLGS staff members provide doctoral supervision, research training, as well as support and assistance in publishing in
the law, gender and sexuality field.
Membership of CentreLGS is open to postgraduate students who are based
at one of the partner institutions. All members are eligible
for grants to attend relevant conferences. Students and early career centre members
are
embedded in a supportive network of scholars across institutions
nationally and internationally.
The CentreLGS workshops for postgraduate and early Career scholars in the law, gender and sexuality field, have led to a wider, international network: PECANS
