- University careers services are a good place to start looking for graduate vacancies in a specific area. Many of them have online directories of local graduate recruiters and advice on job-hunting in the locality. - GradsKent www.GradsKent.com mission is to increase employment opportunities for graduates in Kent. Register: to view graduate-level vacancies in every sector and location across the county, as well as internships, gap-years and sandwich-year placements.
- Grads East www.gradseast.org.uk joint initiative by the 10 Higher Education Institutions of the East of England. Graduates and students can access information and support for finding full or part-time work, starting a career or establishing their own businesses in the region.

- Graduate Jobs South www.graduatejobsouth.co.uk matches students and graduates via the vacancy web matching service with small to medium sized employers (SMEs) in Hampshire, Isle of Wight, Dorset, Wiltshire, Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Surrey and Sussex.
SOUTH-WEST
- www.gradsouthwest.com supported by all Higher Education Institutions in the SW. Provides students and graduates with information and advice to help them find employment in the region. The Jobs services puts graduates directly in touch with regional employers
- Unlocking Cornish Potential www.unlockingcornishpotential.co.uk matches talented graduates with progressive Cornish companies
MIDLANDS
- Graduate Advantage www.graduateadvantage.co.uk new initiative in the West Midlands, by a consortium of university careers services. Offers a database of graduate vacancies in the West Midlands and a graduate placement programme lasting 6-9 months, for project based work in smaller companies in the area.
YORKSHIRE AND THE NORTH-EAST
- Looking for a job in the North East www.ncl.ac.uk/careers/about/eligibility.php advice from the University of Newcastle Careers Service. Offer a full service to graduates of other universities outside Tyne & Wear, who want to live and work in the North East.
- Graduates for Growth www.graduatesforgrowth.org.uk opportunities in the North-East
- Graduates Yorkshire www.graduatesyorkshire.co.uk Working in partnership with the region's University Careers Services, we are the only graduate recruitment service dedicated to Yorkshire.
