11,000 miles away in New
Zealand and is part of the Les
Mills franchise taking over the
World...! Sphinx promises a
motivating class for all levels
incorporating both popular Body
Attack tracks and some freestyle

party music to increase the
atmosphere. Sphinx teaches
over 35 classes and inspires
over 800 people a week with his
various class formats, his
Fitness Fest contribution is truly
not to be missed...!
