2012/13 Canterbury accommodation prices
All accommodation costs include gas, electricity, water, internet access and limited insurance cover for personal possessions. Please note that prices may be subject to amendment.
Undergraduate accommodation
- Self-catered accommodation agreements run for 39 weeks and include the winter and spring vacations.
- Part-catered accommodation agreements run for 31 weeks and do not include the winter and spring vacations.
- Fees are payable at the start of each period.

Postgraduate accommodation
- Postgraduate accommodation agreements run from 15 September 2012 until 10:00 hrs on Wednesday 18 September 2013.
- To reserve accommodation, an advance payment of £300 is required when applying. This amount should then be deducted when the Period 1 payment is made.
- Fees are payable at the start of each period.
- When there is double occupancy of large rooms in Beverley Farms or Wesley Manse, an additional weekly charge of £30 will be payable to cover increased utility costs.
