Woolf College
Woolf College provides a thriving and diverse community for postgraduate students on central campus, with over sixty different nationalities represented (2011/12 figures).
Offering the highest standards of student accommodation, each of the 544 single occupancy bedrooms has its own shower, washbasin and toilet. Every room is networked to the University's main computer system and the College has its own launderette.
Three types of room are available at Woolf College, all for single occupancy only and on a fixed 51-week accommodation contract.
| Room type | Further information |
|---|---|
| 1. standard en suite (12 sq metres, 453 rooms) | |
| 2. large en suite (17 sq metres, 50 rooms) | |
| 3. studio including kitchen facilities (17 sq metres, 41 rooms) |
Room types 1 and 2 are arranged in flats for 5 to 8 students. Each flat has a very large shared kitchen and dining area, offering an ideal space in which students can socialise and eat together if they choose. For those wanting to eat out, Origins bistro and bar in nearby Darwin College offers an ideal venue to meet up with fellow students.
To qualify for an offer of accommodation you should apply online and meet all conditions of your offer by 31 July in the year of entry. You will also need to make an advance payment of £300 by 31 July. Any postgraduate whose academic registration is shorter than 51 weeks should contact the Accommodation Office for further advice.

We regret there is no parking available for students living on campus. Information on local transport facilities is available from the Estates Department.
