Any undergraduates or postgraduates who do not qualify for University accommodation due to late application and who need further guidance on finding off-campus housing, can contact the University's Accommodation Office on +44 (0)1227 766660. |Darwin Houses||A room in a 4-8 bedroomed terraced house, located adjacent to Woolf and Darwin Colleges.
Each house has shared kitchen, shower and toilet facilities.
Some studio flats are also available.
|Park Wood||A room in a five-bedroom house, with shared kitchen, shower and toilet facilities. To qualify for this accommodation your course must end in June or earlier.|
|Keynes House||This property was built in 2011 and comprises five self-contained flats which are suitable for single or double occupancy.|
|Wesley Manse||This is an 18-room property with shared kitchen, shower and toilet facilities. Rooms are singles and doubles. There is also a 4-bedroom house next door with similar facilities. Both properties are mid-way between the University campus and city centre.
|Rented houses/rooms (non University managed)||Many postgraduate students may wish to consider living in shared houses away from the campus and around Canterbury city centre. Further information can be found at our off-campus housing pages.|
